How to Return or Exchange
Before you mail us the item for return or exchange, please email us to get an Authorization number.
   
Returns
Mail us the item, pre-paid, in its original box and packing materials, with the Authorization number on the outside of the package. Please ship items to us using a traceable carrier and tracking number. When we receive the item, we will credit its purchase price and tax to the credit card used for the purchase.
   
Exchanges
Mail us the item, pre-paid, in its original box and packing materials, with the Authorization number on the outside of the package. Please ship items to us using a traceable carrier and tracking number. When we receive the item, we will credit the amount of that original item plus tax to the credit card used for the purchase, and charge the cost of the new, exchanged item plus tax and shipping to that card.
   
Wrong orders and damaged items
If we send you an item different from the one you ordered, or if your purchase was defective or damaged on arrival, email us within 20 days of receiving it to get an Authorization number. Send the item pre-paid, in its original box and shipping materials, with the Authorization number on the outside of the package. When we receive the item, we will refund your return shipping cost, send you the correct item, and pay for its shipping to you.
